Friends - thank you so much for all your support so far. We're humbled at the reception Billy The Kit has gotten on this platform, and so excited that our first Kickstarter campaign is already successful. And we that to all of you!
As I type this, we've got just over 2 days to go, and we're VERY CLOSE to unlocking the third stretch goal. Breaking that threshold would mean an additional, bonus, collectible comic for all you physical backers.
So if you're reading this and you haven't pledged yet, please get on board! Billy The Kit is a great comic, so you won't regret it!

Mike Camelo Virgin Variant!
We first came across Mike's work at Mad Cave Studios on a book called Battlecats.
Pretty... amiright?
So we reached out and Mike had a small window available to get us a piece - and here's what he came up with - first pencils and ink, then the final!
The inks were so gorgeous, we almost just used that as our cover. But then Mike turned in the colored cover below...

Mike Camelo is a comic book artist, but loves art in all of its forms. He is the artist for Battlecats with MadCave Studios, a project for which he has drawn 18 issues and 4 trade paperbacks. Mike also works frequently with Unstoppable Comics, and now with Blue Juice Comics! His Instagram is @mikecamelo_art and you can find him on Art Station HERE.

As a final word for this update, we want to call your attention to a great project on Kickstarter by a very close friend of the Blue Juice Comics family, Martin Pierro. Dave is co-creator and co-writer of the Eisner and Harvey Award nominated The Guns of Shadow Valley (Dark Horse Comics.) He collaborated with Steve Niles on the acclaimed miniseries Breath of Bones: A Tale of the Golem(Dark Horse.) His other works include Godzilla: Cataclysm, Godzilla in Hell, and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, all for IDW Publishing. When we decided to do an "all virgin variant cover" campaign, we knew we need to find great cover artists. Like... really great.
Enter Pablo Verdugo, who just successfully funded his own co-creation on Kickstarter, Mr. Beaver:
He's also currently working for indie giant IDW on a little book called Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles...
We're so excited he was available to work with us. Here's the amazing cover he did for issue 6 of Billy The Kit, available ONLY IN THIS KICKSTARTER CAMPAIGN and then never again, for just $15.

Based in Santiago, Chile, Pablo is an experienced comic book artist, having illustrated the 12 issue mini series Winter City which received wide critical acclaim. After a successful Kickstarter campaign, Pablo launched his own comic book creation, Mr. Beaver and now he is working on several titles for publishers like Sumerian Comics, and on Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles titles at IDW.
